About Adulent Management
Adulent Management was founded to provide senior-level scientific, operational, and strategic consulting to organizations working on complex biomedical, life-science, and technical programs. Many organizations face challenges that require experienced leadership, independent perspective, and practical knowledge of how large and high-stakes programs actually operate. Adulent Management was created to meet that need.
The firm supports government agencies, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, academic institutions, and technology developers across both federally sponsored and commercial environments. Engagements range from short-term advisory support to project-based consulting and interim or fractional leadership roles.
Adulent Management is led by Travis Warren, a senior scientific and operations executive with more than two decades of experience managing complex research, development, and laboratory programs in high-visibility and highly regulated environments.
Leadership
Travis Warren has held senior leadership roles in government and industry settings, including responsibility for large research operations, regulated non-clinical studies, high-containment laboratory programs, and multi-partner development efforts. His experience includes oversight of major federally sponsored programs, management of multidisciplinary technical teams, and direct involvement in non-clinical therapeutic development, diagnostic and assay programs, and translational research initiatives.
He has led organizations supporting infectious disease research, biodefense programs, and advanced biomedical development, including work conducted in GLP and other regulated environments. His background includes management of large contract and grant-funded programs, laboratory and facility operations, proposal and capture strategy, and program execution across the full lifecycle of complex scientific efforts.
Because of this combination of scientific, operational, and leadership experience, Adulent Management is frequently engaged in situations where organizations require credible, independent expertise to help plan, stabilize, expand, or evaluate high-stakes programs.
